Face, individual counselling for adults. I practice both long term and short term counselling in a professional and caring relationship. I mainly use a psychodynamic approach in my work. Psychodynamic counselling explores the past and makes links with the present by examining issues, which are causing distress. Clients begin to examine their inner thoughts and feelings and find a way of developing their own solutions to the challenges that face them.
