TROPICAL STORM "ONDOY" RAVAGED LUZON. Yesterday, the tropical storm named "Ondoy" by the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), wreaks havoc to all the places that it passed by as it moves through Luzon. According to the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) as of 6 pm today, "Ondoy" had caused 73 fatalities.
