RCWP offers a variety of in-services and workshops for Kindergarten through University level faculty. Many of these are Open Institutes for teachers who have not gone through the Summer Institute. In addition, the RCWP supports a cohort of Teacher-Consultants (TCs) who will visit Michigan school districts and conduct workshops on a number of aspects that relate to writing and literacy.
