Thompson Times: Easter
http://ssacaat.blogspot.com/2015/06/easter.html
Wednesday, June 10, 2015. Easter is getting to be my most favorite holiday. I love the spring, the activities and remembering the Savior and what He did for us. This year Easter was over Conference weekend. On Saturday we went up to the cabin and watched conference and then had an Easter egg hunt. Cami had even made a treasure hunt for the older kids. It was tough! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). January-February and some of March. Watermark template. Powered by Blogger.

Wednesday, June 10, 2015. Alyssa and her bestie, I can't remember her name. But each of the youth had a kid that would find them every day and cling to them. Just to show the scope of how many children they are. They are handing out treats. Riding in the vans. Alyssa sucking on sugar cane. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Thompson Times: August 2012

Sunday, August 5, 2012. Christian wanted a little of everything for his birthday this year. I mean, he wanted to do a little of everything. He took some friends to Lowe's Extreme Sports and then we had cake and ice cream and then they played Wii. I can't believe my little boy is so big already. He's figuring out how to be a great tease and he drives all us girls crazy but we love him so much! Looking for the needle in the haystack. Lyssa and Brooklyn at the root beer chugging contest. Lizzie and Lyssa on...

Sunday, January 26, 2014. We had to take the gingerbread house down to Scott's bedroom so he could see it. He didn't get to commandeer this year. I was pretty proud of the tree this year. I bought the tree. I loaded the tree onto the van and drove it home. I chopped the bottom off the tree. I put the tree in the stand and I decorated the tree. All by myself. Don't worry. Scott came up and helped put it straight after I took the picture. Alyssa in the princess carriage. Scott couldn't do much but he manag...

Thursday, June 18, 2015. The first month of summer break was taken up with camps. The girls went to Vocal Motion camp and had a great time. They have been singing and dancing ever since. Alyssa did summer ballroom camp and was up pretty early every morning for that or the baby-sitting job she got. Wednesday, June 10, 2015. I was just reading about Halloween and how Scott could barely stand on his own. I wanted to update. He is doing so much better! We made it through! I learned so much and feel like I am...

Wednesday, June 13, 2012. I was in charge of my family reunion this year. I thought we should get at least a little away since the last few years have just been in Provo. And maybe people would stick around the whole time. As it turned out, not so much. But we had fun in our short time together. The kids were so excited about the squirrels but I scared them by telling them they bit. Didn't stop Scott from getting this closeup. On our hike up to Emerald Pools. It was beautiful. Princess birthday tea party!

Tuesday, October 23, 2012. We've wanted to Cornbellys for a couple years, but it's pretty expensive. This year we finally decided to try it out anyway. It was another perfect fall day and we had a great time playing Cornball, going through the iguana (watching Christian crawl away in terror from the clown was worth the price of admission all by itself), doing the corn and hay maze and just being together. These kids are crazy. Autumn and the hot springs. Lyssa and Christian lounging in the water. Christi...

Thompson Times: End of school
http://ssacaat.blogspot.com/2015/06/end-of-school.html
Wednesday, June 10, 2015. We made it through! It was a really tough year. I loved working as a special ed teacher assistant but between that and running the kids around and keeping up with the house and everything, it was exhausting! I learned so much and feel like I am actually closer to my kids because I see what they are doing in school and can help a little more with it. I grew to love the kids I worked with and learned a lot about teaching and math. Kindergarten graduation with Aiden. January-Februa...

Thompson Times: February 2013
http://ssacaat.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 18, 2013. Wow, it's been a crazy few months. Before I start trying to catch up, I have to cry a little that we have no pictures of anything. Alyssa lost our camera at school and we have a new one but I haven't gotten around to using it much yet. Anyway, on to the update. November was good- I think. I can't remember. A good Thanksgiving at the church with family again. December was a whirlwind of getting into our NEW house! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Saturday, July 19, 2014. But then physical therapy kicked into gear and he was in constant pain from 3 sessions a week. He was able to make great progress, though, and it was worth it. When PT ended our evenings consisted of putting weights on his knee at night and ratchet it closed afterwards along with a bone stimulator on his other leg. He didn't get a lot of sleep for a few months. End of school stuff. Soccer cuties. They both played spring soccer this year. Cutting it open (pit in the background).
