A girl growing up with celiac disease. After a couple of weeks, the doctor called and said he thought that I had celiac disease. But he still had to make sure that I really. Had celiac. So I went to the hospital and they did an operation. But the bad part about the operation was that I had to eat gluten in order for them to know what the gluten was doing to my body. The nurses had put a special lotion on my arm, which made it numb so I couldn’t feel the needle. Daphne before her celiac disease procedure.
