Thursday, December 17, 2009. So I was at a movie yesterday when I see this fifteenish. Year old kid in the bathroom waving his hands in front of a wheel operated paper towel. Dispenser way longer than it would take anyone who has ever used the old time. Dispenser to figure out that waving would not be effective method of procuring a paper towel. Thursday, March 17, 2011. What's an Uli knife? I know it's been a while but its been cold out in that garage and I haven't done much. What I did do, I did at Christmas. I made three Uli knives for my sisters and my wife. What is an Uli knife? Step 1. Clean up your work space-OK good enough on to step two! Step 2. Select an assistant. Step 3. Find some steel. This is an industrial saw blade. Step 4. Rough cut. I use a 4 1/2 inch angle grinder with a cut off wheel. Step 6. take all the rough stuff off.

Wednesday, October 6, 2010. I upgraded the forge! It was still working just fine but kind of lacked in the awe inspiring power department. Luckily my Buddy. At work is also a fan of awe inspiring power and when his in laws. Were installing a new furnace, saw that the old blower motor was right up my alley. Here is my old blower. Its an old vacuum. Cleaner and has a one inch hose. Compare with a furnace blower which. Is used to circulate air through an entire house and has a four inch outlet!

Friday, July 24, 2009. Our recent trip to Bear Lake was really great. Lots of sun, lots of fun, and lots of dutch oven action, mmmm. Dutch oven. The only lots that I didn't enjoy was the lots of mosquitoes. There was a ton of them. You could tell the stream had recently flooded and all over was undergrowth that you could tell had been standing water a week ago. They were thick. We went through five cans of repellent. Monday, May 10, 2010. Here is another skinner. Same design as the little one but this one is a little bigger and has a purple heart and leapord wood handle. Doing my part to deforest South America. But for real dont worry if they made toothpicks at of these exotic woods they would be a quarter a piece. Haven't made a double edge since my second knife, thought I'd try again.
