Wednesday, July 23, 2014. First Day Of Summer Break. Yesterday was the official first day of summer break and David was off from both jobs! It was a perfect first day! We decided to take a walk down to Deseret Book so I could look at some prices on certain Items. David then suggested that we walk down to Hemming Village and look at the Art Gallery. Wednesday, August 26, 2015. First, I've tried a few different ways to lose weight and to feel better about myself. It's always been such a struggle, which always lead me to giving up on myself. I know there are many of you out there who have felt the exact same way. But I was introduced to a knew product that has helped me so much and I want to share it with you! Tuesday, September 23, 2014. Happy Birthday To My Man! Yesterday was this boy's birthday and I was soooo happy to celebrate it! I did many things for him and he didn't know what to think of it. :). First, I made him a delicious breakfast of waffles, bacon, and sausage. Then we had to go to school, but at 3 PM we went to Idaho Falls to celebrate his day of birth. We went to Chuck-A-Rama for his dinner.his request. Next we went to Sam's club so we could buy him a carrot cake. He looks soooo good in them!

We both graduate with our Associates from BYU-IDAHO this December and the plan was to move to Tulsa, Oklahoma, so David could finish his Bachelors degree and then we would move again for his careers aspirations. Friday, February 4, 2011. Day 521.Keeping my committment. 11:11 AM on Feb. 4, 2011. Even if it meant I would sacrifice a little sleep. ( my 30 day goal is to burn 1200 calories a day, 6 days a week ). SoI put in some dvd's Tae Bo and and a cardio ab video, and then hit the elliptical with 100 calories remaining, I cooled down with a short yoga stretch. Knowing that I was going to bed late, I opted not to catch the 5:30am swim seession. and slept til 6:30. All in all yesterday I burned 1474 calories!
