8,000 sq ft. Reidy Contracting provided Construction Management services for Mason Capital Management, as they completed a $4,000,000 renovation and expansion program. Two full floors were completely fitted-out with high end custom finishes and an interconnecting steel feature staircase. Additional project elements included steel reinforcement, IT/Data room, and locker rooms with associated bathrooms. Much of this work took place within occupied space with minimal office downtime.
