http://www.redthreadtugging.blogspot.com/2013/03/red-thread-tugging.html

Journey to Mayzee (timeline). Our Red Thread Story. Thursday, November 22, 2012. It would seem that this beautiful red thread. Is pulling our hearts to China. Though, somewhere in my heart I've always felt that a little Mazie would one day come. Our red thread journey leads here. Living in ...

Journey to Mayzee (timeline). Our Red Thread Story. Friday, December 27, 2013. Ready to come home! We had a lot of fun together tonight being silly and and playing and twirling around and playing hide and seek while Mama was packing and resting. Tomorrow we fly home! We are so excited to see our Naomi and Kalea again! At least this stage of the adventure, anyway. China has been fascinating and amazing. We've especially loved Guangzhou. But now it's definitely time to go home! So you want me to slip?

Celebrating 2 sweet miracles!: School

http://staceyandmark.blogspot.com/2013/09/school.html

Monday, September 2, 2013. School started at the beginning of August after a crazy-fast-moving-wonderful summer traveling across the sea. They were both sooo excited for school. My sweetheart is off to first grade- she loves reading and friends. My little one has been thriving with "mommy preschool" at home and playdates with her "boyfriend". (Gotta keep an eye on this girl! They love playing "family". Kalea is the mom, "Stacey," and Ryan is the dad, "Mark." Ha! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Sunday, October 6, 2013. 3 little letters, baby! After 134 days of waiting, we received our LOA! Shout it from the rooftops! Wondering what that means? Well, let me tell you: LOA (in crazy adoptive momma talk) translates to "Letter Of Approval". If you'd like to be a part of Mayzee's story and help bring her home. :). Little Siste...

Celebrating 2 sweet miracles!: wow.

http://staceyandmark.blogspot.com/2013/08/wow.html

Wednesday, August 21, 2013. Today we received a call from our adoption agency. It was a much anticipated call – we have been waiting for our Letter of Acceptance (referred to as LOA in crazy adoptive momma terminology) from Ch*na for over 90 days granting us official approval to adopt Mayzee. (Average is roughly 50 days, but the wait can be up to 120 days). It was not the call we had hoped for. I was speechless. What do you say to that? Mahalo nui loa, my friends. You really are the best.
