Saturday, June 11, 2011. I have been a busy little bee over the last several weeks! This summer I decided our lamo guest bedroom needed a major re-do! Our old guest bedroom was filled with leftovers. miss-matched furniture, ugly bedspread from Jason's college days, random picture frames, and even a "Nothin' Runs Like A Deere" sign that Jason LOVES (incase you didn't know he has a little thing for John Deere. it's a sensitive subject at our house! It was a good day, and I didn't have too much of a priority panic attack, but tried to focus on being okay just accomplishing what I was doing at the moment. Baby steps. :). Let's set some reachable expectations, right? I know, the suspense is building. Okay I want to try my hardest to practice love in everything I do. Why do I want to read the scriptures each day?

And even here, my kids didn't have to go out to recess. I keep thinking of last year on this day…. Friday, September 19, 2014. I sat outside with Natalie and Camille for a while yesterday. Natalie made me a "chocolate pie" (made with rose petals, leaves, and rocks). She set it by the front door, and told me it's okay to leave it there because no one will want to eat it because it is rocks. :-). Wednesday, April 24, 2013. DIY to Personalize a Party. My daughter Skylr is having a princess party for her fifth birthday this May. This year we have decided to do a lot more DIY projects then years past, to save money, have more at the party and to have more fun! We chose a dragon for the pinata because there will be boys at the party too and each kid will have a chance to 'slay the dragon'. I will be making a sword out of cardboard that I will share later. Thursday, January 10, 2013. We got all ready for Christmas and the kids were so excited and helpful decorating our little apartment. Mama love'n on her beautiful kiddos! I also took a stab at making fleece hats for the kids, it was harder than I thought it would be. We made a real gingerbread house that we baked.we took notes of how to do it better next year!
