Chinese bitter melon - 2 cups. Tamarind juice : 2 -3 tbsp. Jaggery - 1 small gooseberry size. Turmeric - 1 big pinch. Sambhar powder - 1 tbsp. Oil - 1/2 tbsp. Mustard, curry leaves- to temper.
