The night prior, we planned to go out to stargaze and catch the sunrise properly (bundle Ryan in a blanket, pack some snacks and a warm drink) at the observation tower again, but Ryan trolled us. He ate poorly for dinner so he kept waking up at night going "owie" (we think he was just hungry), so by the time morning swung round, we were quite tired.

Unfortunately the cysts are back. The condition causes weight gain and the weight gain makes the cysts worse so it's a looping cycle.
