ICORTAS will operate in conjunction with the International Arctic Research Center. S NABOS (Nansen and Amundsen Basins Observational System). Project aboard the Russian icebreaker. ICORTAS will install observational moorings at several locations in the Laptev Sea, off the northern coast of Siberia.
