Sally Moves to Boston. Thursday, April 02, 2009. View from our room. We took a trip to D.R. at the beginning of March and stayed in Boca Chica, a small resort town near Santo Domingo. It was a great time minus the 2nd degree sunburn I got on my hands and chest, the first day out in the sun! I have NO idea why some parts tanned and others didn't, but I tried not to let it ruin my time, even though I had to stay out of the sun the remainder of the trip! Glad you had a great time, miss you guys!

Sally Moves to Boston. Friday, January 09, 2009. E are moving to our nations capital in July. It's hard to believe our time in Boston is coming to an end, which makes me sad, but I am looking forward to the new adventure! We haven't decided which area to live in, but it needs to be near the metro, because we are going down to one car! I haven't been without a car since I was a teenager.YIKES! If anyone has any suggestions, I would certainly appreciate the input. Glad to see you blogging again.

Sally Moves to Boston. Tuesday, July 15, 2008. I know I hadn't blogged in a while and I'm not one to drag things on, so here are some quick thoughts and updates. I had a break from school for a month, but had to start again yesterday. :(. I did something to my back in May, which has caused me severe pain, so I've been to the doctors 4 times about it and now I have to see a physical therapist 3 times a week. :(. Good news is, I'm getting better. :). I hate the dentist! I need my Roma tomatoes back ASAP!

If you ever move to a city that has RCN, do not, I REPEAT, DO NOT use them. You will waist countless hours of your life dealing with problems and waiting on the phone! Sally Moves to Boston. Thursday, April 02, 2009. National Palace (President's Office). The only familiar thing from home.Hard Rock! I'm clearly standing in the wrong spot! Zona Colonial - Old Town. Fara a' Colon - Christopher Columbus' lighthouse. Parque Nacional Los Tres Ojos - 3 lagoon inside 3 caves. Shared breakfast with a lil' monkey! Here are some more photos of our trip. We took a tour to the nearby city of Santo Domingo, which had many historical sights and landmarks. View from our room.
