http://highcheather.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 31, 2006. Of all the things to have happen. Oh well. I'm starting to feel better and hope to be back on my feet by tomorrow or the next day. I did get a chance to work with the world famous conductor that directed the orchestra concert - Eduardo Muller. He was a wonderful man! Very kind. like a grandfather. And on the flip side, he knows his music better than anyone I've seen conduct. He is phenominal to work with! Hopefully that will be good to go by the time I get home. But it's good times...

Friday, May 08, 2009. As promised, I am focusing this entry on how foods that we eat and lifestyle habits that we have created for ourselves have an effect on our singing. I am not going to go into a huge novel about nutrition, but rather to give my insights into how what I eat affects my singing. For a little history. my face used to look like the "before" picture on the marketing brochure for the acne fighting product Acutane. In fact, I was probably their biggest user! And so I spent more time in my m...

She determined that she was going to discontinue the unhealthy habit of husky inhalation and allow her breath to be quiet and inaudible. The results were fascinating! http://highcheather.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 24, 2007. Sorry, this pic is a little blurry. me singing a scene from Rigoletto. This is a pic with an AMAZING tenor - Rafael Moras. Not only is he the most gifted tenor I have heard, at the young age of 20, he is also a wonderful person! His humility is as obvious as his talent. I am so blessed to have met him! I can't wait to hear him at the Met in 5-10 years! Laura from Florida and . Oh! I canNOT remember her name. I promise to add it later. I learned sooo much valuable information!
