Our group focuses on the research of microbial pathogens which affect human health by using bioinformatics methods, which include genome sequence analysis, evolutionary analysis, protein function prediction and host-pathogen interaction. The projects include SARS-CoV, S. suis. Influenza virus, Mycrobacterium. We have established an expertized team on database development and maintenance. We have published five papers on NAR since 2004 (as follows), which are widely used in the research community:.
