Thursday, February 21, 2008. ADT = Avanti Design Technology! Check out this Avanti Anniversary LTD. These bikes were a one off, to celebrate their 20th Anniversary, so they bought out 20limited edition bikes. No doubt the ADT Principles were applied, a top end bike around the $8k price and with standard features like, full carbon frame with integrated seat pillar, full Durarchy 10Spd, Kysrium ES Wheels, Carbon Bottle Cages. It's failed because the insert hasn't been pressed down far enough, similar to no...

It's pretty much the best thing ever. Sunday, April 30, 2006. Circus Racing and An International Dinner. Far more interesting than the numbers regarding the race, the atmosphere of the thing was unreal! Every time I went under the big theater marquise at turn 1, I thought to myself,. This is an absolute circus! As opposed to the big teams who've been together since mid-February - and we haven't raced in 5 weeks, which is frustrating. so look for us to be winning everything in sight in no time! In other n...

It's pretty much the best thing ever. Tuesday, September 26, 2006. Sting would be another person who's a hero. The music that he's created over the years. I don't really listen to it. But the fact that he's making it. Last week was the end of my season with the Portsmouth Criterium. Robbie and I had the hometown crowd going nuts for us, which was awesome. Therefore, not to disappoint, I won the thing. Read about it here. Posted by iamTedKing at 7:43 AM. Friday, September 15, 2006. Cool picture of the tea...

It's pretty much the best thing ever. Monday, December 11, 2006. The following is a paid advertisement for the " Toughen Up Sissy Boy. Are you tired of coming home after long rides knowing that you’ll still have feeling in your toes? Are you annoyed that you don’t run the risk of hypothermia on your training rides because the weather is too boringly nice? Don’t you hate not getting sprayed by the filthy, icy, slush in the road by vehicle traffic? Are you just dying to learn what the Aero Ice Faring is?

It's pretty much the best thing ever. Saturday, January 27, 2007. In lieu of the last paragraph of my last blog entry, I had to chuckle to myself on today's ride when I saw a sign here in Solvang advertising "Dental Art.". Posted by iamTedKing at 7:33 PM. Friday, January 19, 2007. I haven't updated el. It's nearly inevitable that we'll run into lots of climbing, which makes for great training. Plus, although the weather has been relatively cool, it's still totally manageable and right now we're on a ...

It's pretty much the best thing ever. Monday, October 30, 2006. It's all fine and good when we're. In the snow because your mind is elsewhere, but when you have to put on warm clothes for the 20 minutes prior to going out on a ride, it's just punishing to your morale. A PARAGRAPH OF NUMBERS. See that car over my shoulder? When you grind up hills, the instant mpg readout doesn't drop below 28! I feel like I'm saving the environment and practically planting a tree every mile with those kind of numbers!

http://garrettpeltonen.blogspot.com/2006/05/r-d.html
You are not pro until you have a blog. Thursday, May 11, 2006. I spent most of yesterday hanging out with Chad an Kim. A few minutes after taking this picture the ice cream truck went by so guess what? We had ice cream! Also notice Chad working on my saddle. Chad hard at work cutting a huge hole in my saddle so I can actually ride. Another angle of Chad cutting up a really really expensive Carbon/titanium light weight Fizik saddle. Posted by Garrett Peltonen @ 1:04 AM. Poor dear. I have some homeopat...

It's pretty much the best thing ever. Sunday, July 30, 2006. Long time no post. That pushed me into 8th on GC and Robbie only about 4 seconds behind me. The subsequent 2 stages featured rolling circuit races, which didn't shift GC thanks to some awesome teamwork by the entire Priority Health team keeping Robo and me out of wind and out of trouble. Posted by iamTedKing at 8:15 AM. Monday, July 10, 2006. So backtracking to Squirrel, that was fun as usual, although the 4th of July was a pretty. Damp, foggy ...
