MacBook Pro Hard Disk Replacement | Richard's Notes

Notes, photographs, and other collectible fragments. MacBook Pro Hard Disk Replacement. December 26, 2006. As some of you may remember, I dropped my MacBook Pro. A little over a week ago and killed its internal hard disk. I ordered a replacement from Other World Computing. And installed it and aside from some dings on the case I think I’m back up to speed with this computer. Testing the Internal HD. Has numerous SATA internal hard disks that will work in a MacBook Pro so the question was, which to get?

February 13, 2015. Rose Garden at Werribee Mansion. Section of the Rose Garden at Werribee Mansion. Werribee Mansion is a living, breathing postcard of 19th century Australia and is located thirty minutes west of Melbourne. August 31, 2014. We arrived in Beijing early this afternoon and were met at the airport by our driver Mr. Wong and our personal tour guide, Bat (which he told us is short for Batman). I think that Bat and I will get on very well. This evening, we walked around to get our bearings and have a meal and also got caught in a heavy downpour. Tomorrow morning, Bat and the driver are meeting us to take us on a full day tour to the Great Wall, which spans a very wide area. Last Day in Chengdu. Its very well writt...

Teracotta Warriors at Xian. September 5, 2014. Some of the Teracotta Warriors. Marg and I met one of the farmers, who was digging a hole for a well on his farmland in 1974, and found a head thinking it was a ghost. I said to my guide “he must be a very rich man now, not knowing that she would translate”. He just looked at me and smiled. Off on another flight this afternoon to Chongqing for a three night cruise on the Yangtze River. Muslim Quarter and Bell Tower in Xian →. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Welcome to

Richard Snowden's vision is unencumbered by formal art education. Instead he has his own natural and assured line and an idiosyncratic, even anarchic, approach to colour. When asked what makes him paint, he replies ‘Life’ before correcting himself: ‘No. Colour. It’s colour.’ I would suggest that Life inspires him to paint but Colour drives him on. Richard is delighted to have been nominated and seconded for the new 2012 edition of Who’s Who in British Art and all future editions.
