I had heard of a free boon docking spot about 10 miles outside of Kanab. It was developed as a trailhead for an ATV club and in addition to a very large parking area, contained a few picnic tables. Little did I know how much adopting 2 retired racing greyhounds would change my life! They camped with me for 8 years. Saying Goodbye to the Hounds. Molly and Jack in Kanab, UT at a greyhound gathering in 2006. En Plein Aire' - An art term meaning painting outdoors. I'm teaching Fay Wray to camp - so far, she hasn't rejected the idea entirely.

Right Brain; Right Lane. Pets and how the trailers get their names. Roosevelt Lake, Tonto National Forest – Mar 17-19. Visiting in Tonto National Forest requires a pass. The passes cover camping, day use and access to the National Monument Cliff Dwellings ($6/day, or $3 with the Senior Pass) and you can purchase them almost anywhere before you get to the forest. We stayed at the Cholla Campground, a very large campground with (Yay! We visited Roosevelt Dam. Tonto National Monument – Cliff Dwellings.

Two days ago the park dump truck was the location in which a stowaway was hiding. He/she/it was captured and subdued and thereupon was separated and placed in a "holding cell". I downloaded it from the Google Play store and it's free!
