K's Fishbowl: August 2008
http://ksfishbowl.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
I'm a wife and Mom. This is my life. Friday, August 29, 2008. Car Shopping and the ABC's. I'm WAY excited to be looking for a new car, but I also feel the pressure of trying to make the RIGHT decision. OK, maybe just a GOOD decision. Do we get something just to get us by or something similar to what we had? Do we worry about gas mileage or get a bigger "family" car? Do we get something cheap and use the rest for paying off debt, or get a newer, more expensive car that is more reliable? On a more fun note.

The Makings of a Home. Friday, January 18, 2008. Yes, it's true. Micah turn 5 yesterday. I didn't think that it would affect me but I sure got nostalgic yesterday. I didn't cry but I had a strange reaction. I can't really describe how I felt. It was like I coudn't believe that my baby Micah turned 5! He's not in the Sunbeams anymore and he is going to start kindergarten this fall! Where have the last five years gone? Where is my baby? Now, I'm wondering how I will react when he starts kindergarten? Thoma...

http://hms-rms.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
The Makings of a Home. Sunday, December 21, 2008. The best part of Thanksgiving dinner at Mike and Vicki's has got to be the pies. There were 7 pies for 12 people! Vicki made the lemon, caramel, cherry, and pecan pies. I made my famous chocolate mousse and a pumpkin pie. Deb made her famous banana cream pie. Brent surprised us all by making his old fashion raisin cookies. They were all so yummy! And yes I had a little slice of them all by the end of the day). I just love the holidays!

Tuesday, October 30, 2012. Riverwalk and Rainforest Cafe. On our way back home from our quick stay in San Antonio we went to dinner at the Rainforest Cafe and walked around the Riverwalk. It was a really fun night and the kids thought all of the animal sounds at the restaurant were really exciting! Ally took the pictures of Josh and me with the lights of the Riverwalk behind us and it was a crazy realization of our capable our kids are getting. They are growing up fast! We had a wonderful time!
