Wednesday, October 22, 2014. Baby girl on the way! This little girl has been GROWING in the last few weeks. I was feeling somewhat small and contained until suddenly *POP* belly! The heartburn miraculously stopped about a month ago (haleluja! Does that mean the baby has "dropped"? I never know when that happens. It's getting down to the wire. We just installed the car seat, but there's still so much to do! I'm still waiting for that nesting urge to kick it. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Least of These.

The Trail to be Traveled: December 2014
http://callmewhit.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 28, 2014. Which Way Do I Face? What a wonderful season, it is. (:. Been a while since the last blog. To be honest, I've stewed and stewed over posting for the last. wow! I just looked at the last spiritually-minded post I made (in JULY! This fear has lurked in the back of my mind where I try to pretend it's not there and go about my business. However, I've realized that my own progression in the Gospel has been slowed, if not, reversed! My marriage is better! My job is more rewarding!

Sunday, August 2, 2015. Seeking the Spirit: The Fuel Behind Course Corrections. Thought I'd sit down this Sunday afternoon and share some insight from the last couple weeks and from one particularly rewarding study session. The resolve I've made to read scriptures and say my prayers everyday is going much better! At any rate, I'm feeling motivated. I love that the Lord allows you to immediately feel the effects of spiritual course correction. It's His way of saying, "You're doing so well! If only you and...

Sunday, September 15, 2013. Charity Project: Kindness (To Be Turned Outward). I've been thinking the last couple weeks what I wanted to write about, and I think I'm finally at a mindset where I can put my thoughts into words. I've been working harder to be excellent. I think I've stopped measuring how I'm doing with this whole project because I've been too busy doing. Things. And when I realized that, it made me very happy. So, I tread on in this project with caution. I want to take on these qualitie...

Sunday, September 22, 2013. Paul fell out of his crib. We knew it was coming. It happened two weeks ago. He's pretty good (most of the time) about not standing or jumping on furniture, but I was not motivated enough to be a nazi about it while he was in his crib. I strongly discouraged it, but I guess he needed a hard lesson involving a flip over the crib railing and a back-slam to the floor. Luckily, Paul does. There was a long pause. Finally, we hear, "It's brokened! Paul looked at me, and his confused...

blairebecca: Potty Trained (at the beginning of the year!)
http://blairebecca.blogspot.com/2014/02/potty-trained-at-beginning-of-year.html
Sunday, February 2, 2014. Potty Trained (at the beginning of the year! Paul is (mostly) potty trained! I had been meaning to tackle the potty issue with Paul for a while, but it wasn't until the last week of Christmas break that I finally took the plunge. It really felt like a leap of faith because I was still debating up until the very night before the planned time. My plan of attack? The "three-day potty training" method I read about all over the internet. How did I do it? As soon as one of those undie...

Sunday, July 19, 2015. Spiritual Soils: An Exploratory and Remedial Post on the Sluggish Spirit. This post is very very. Long, but I mostly wrote this out so I could organize my thoughts. If you'd rather skim, I've provided section headings so that you can easily navigate through the sea that is my humbled conscience. Anything can nurture one's testimony if it is designed to keep one focused on Christ. Managed to read through this April's General Conference talks. Stony Ground, No Root:. Recognize the ne...

Saturday, August 2, 2014. Shark Week Slide Sneak Peek! I am an avid shark week fan! This year, Brenna. And I wanted to top last year's party, so we came up with a brilliant idea! I figured I'd post the project just in case anyone else wants to get creative and do this in the next week as well! It's fast, easy, and fairly cheap! First, let me show you the plan we had in mind:. A SHARK SLIP AND SLIDE! Our set designer from Studio C drew this up for me and I was so excited to get to work on it! If the faste...
