Anna's Table: Fresh Peach Cupcakes
http://annastable.blogspot.com/2012/08/fresh-peach-cupcakes.html
Tuesday, August 21, 2012. This recipe for peach cake is adapted from my popular banana cake recipe, which is always a hit and so easy to make. It was the perfect solution for my fresh Ontario peaches, which were leftover from making my summertime preserves. Moist and flavourful, the cupcakes are perfect on their own or simply dress them up with your favourite frosting. Mine went perfect with a dollop of my homemade peach preserves. 2 cups all purpose flour. 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1 1/2 cups sugar.

The classic Italian cantina is just like this one. How to be a Gourmand. Apple and Rhubarb Nut Crumble. February 5, 2013. Rhubarb and Apple Nut Crumble. Apologies for the lack of posts recently. Into a recipe that just doesn’t sit well with me at all. Dare I say it but at times, the toppings can be quite stodgy. The challenge then was to make a crumble with a reduced amount of b...A typically...

Now that we are in the middle of August, we are well and truly in peach season. What am I going to do with 16 peaches? If you are very disciplined about eating fruit, then you may have no problem eating all of these before their shelf life expires but I think if I were to eat them just as regular fruit, the appeal would soon wear off. What do you think?

How to be a Gourmand. Warm Halloumi, Lentil & Tomato Salad. June 20, 2012. Warm Halloumi, Lentil and Tomato Salad.
