In, Out, and About in Lawrence, Kansas. 8220;I have the fever to save the beaver! I heard about a protest taking place between 3 – 6 pm today at the 31st Street Wetlands. I love the Wetlands and anytime I can drive that way to and from work, I do. I felt drawn to go and did. I didn’t actually stay more than 30 minutes but I did stay long enough to take some pictures and interview a few protesters. Here’s the story as I know it…. The beaver cross the road?
