Tuesday, December 8, 2009. In this project we blended colors with pastels. We took paper towels or our finger to blend in the colors. We did one with volume of a shape and then the final one with a landscape picture. As an extension project the students could make their picture about what they see when traveling in a car and then right a story about a vacation they took and tell what they saw out the window. Friday, December 4, 2009. We colored sandpaper then transfered it to paper. I really liked how the lesson was taught and what could be done with these. In an extension activity the students could make a large paper quilt each having a square that they make like Native American Art and then put them all together.
