If Barking Burned Calories: January 2011
http://ifbarkingburnedcalories.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
If Barking Burned Calories. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. The Joy of One Pound Dropping. Anyone who has struggled to get their dog to lose weight can understand my excitement over Casey and Star losing one pound. Especially when I reveal no exercise was done in the three weeks since the first weigh-in. So how did we accomplish losing the pound? Well it wasn’t a miracle. I’ve tried praying the pounds off, believe me, it doesn’t work. I credit the loss to a change in their dog food. Saturday, January 8, 2011.

These are the stairs that Star (and Scotty and Casey) like to run down like maniacs. These are the little legs that Star uses to run down those stairs like a maniac. This is Star trying to figure out which step is responsible for hurting her shoulder, because after running down them like a maniac she is now limping. Wednesday, April 6, 2011. Ludo, Ludwig va...

Walking The Peak: Baslow, Chatsworth Park, and Edensor
http://peakwalking.blogspot.com/2015/08/baslow-chatsworth-park-and-edensor_8.html
My walks in the Peak District and the surrounding areas, using public transport to get there.also some of my days out; when I still walk quite a bit too. Saturday, August 8, 2015. Baslow, Chatsworth Park, and Edensor. I got off the bus at Baslow Nether End; as I was approaching the bus stop there was a much longer announcement in Chinese with no corresponding information in English. Here's a short video of me passing through the gates. They are tall and totally enclose you; it's like being in a cage.

My walks in the Peak District and the surrounding areas, using public transport to get there.also some of my days out; when I still walk quite a bit too. Saturday, February 21, 2015. Ranskill, Sutton cum Lound, Sutton Grange, Tiln, and Retford. Everything was fine, my right ankle is aching a bit, but that's all - I had all contingencies covered though. Heydonbury End: Back to the Cradle - Exploring Kiftsgate Court Gardens
http://heydonburyend.blogspot.com/2013/10/back-to-cradle-exploring-kiftsgate.html
Monday, October 14, 2013. Back to the Cradle - Exploring Kiftsgate Court Gardens. Sitting at the end of Hidcote's driveway, but light years away in style and atmosphere, is Kiftsgate Court Gardens.
