The GF Boy Chef: June 2014
http://gfboychef.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
The GF Boy Chef. Tuesday, June 3, 2014. I know that potatoes are gluten free, but I personally like the flavor of a sweet potato better. Just because this is a recipe for sweet potatoes, doesn't mean that you can't make it with normal potatoes. This is a rather simple recipe. All you need to do is cut the sweet potato into pieces about three inches long, and rather thin, no more than 1/8 inch. Bake until crispy, but after the sweet potato turns soft. When I did it, it took about 15 - 25 min.

Sunday, September 19, 2010. Trip to D.C. July 2010. Right after we got to Fort Drum in June, Amasa found that he wasn't going to have a lot to do until he inprocessed and got credentialed. The army paid for the hotel and the surgery all we had to pay for was the fun! Day 4 and 5 we drove to Fredericksburg, VA to visit Amasa's brother and his family. We sp...

Well, yesterday I learned that my children were definitely not made for the cold. This is how Malachi dressed himself yesterday morning. And this is what it looked like outside! Here is just an added bonus picture of the princess! Thursday, October 15, 2009. Think I can do it? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Not Made For the Cold! Me and The Boys.

The Mecham Family: November 2009
http://amymecham.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 8, 2009. Malachi has decided that his favorite holiday is Halloween.until the next holiday rolls around! I also decided we really weren't made for the cold (see post below) when it came time to put costumes on and we had to layer. It was REALLY hard to get costumes on over sweatsuits and such. Man, it was a lot easier dressing up in Houston.except for the whole roasting to death if the costume was too warm! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. A bunch of boys and me.

The Mecham Family: March 2010
http://amymecham.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 30, 2010. A few weeks ago we decided to take the kids to the zoo. We had heard it was one of the best in the nation. It was such a fun day. The weather was beautiful.not to hot but warm enough to enjoy ourselves without jackets. The kids had a great time! The children's area had goats to pet and brush. Malachi spent the time chasing them around because none of them wanted to sit still and let him pet them. Aelia had a goofy grin on her face the whole time she was petting them!

Thursday, June 17, 2010. Catch up.Witte Museum. In March, we went to the Witte Museum in San Antonio. Every Tuesday was a free family day so we went but they also had a special exhibit called "Dinosaurs Alive". Malachi BEGGED us to go so we did! It was a lot of fun, but Malachi was scared and spent most of the time asking to go home. When we decided to take the kids we didn't realize the exhibit mostly consisted of large rubbery, plastic dinosaurs that roared! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Me and The Boys.
