I add it to my oats in the morning, shakes and anythig that calls for milk in the recipe. Enjoy. 4 cups of coconut water. 1 cup of organic raw almonds. 1 pinch of organic cinnamon. 1 pinch of sea salt. Blend in a vitamix until smooth.
