In the summer, when the produce is extra sweet and fabulous, you need little else to create a memorable meal. Plus, we all crave lighter dishes when the mercury rises. Give this pasta a "twirl" and feel free to add grilled chicken or shrimp for a heartier meal. Spaghetti with Olives, Capers and Lemon. 1/3 cup good-quality olive oil. 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Chicken and Steak Fajitas. 1 cup low-sodium chicken or beef broth. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon ponzu sauce (or another tablespoon soy sauce). 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar. 2 teaspoons liquid smoke (hickory or mesquite). 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, or more to taste. 1/2 pound lean steak, cut into thin strips.

Truth be told, I didn't actually create this drink - I researched a bunch of recipes and found this Wiki version. I chose this one because the ingredients are readily available.
