This can't be happening to me", looking for the former spouse in familiar places, or if it is death, setting the table for the person or acting as if they are still in living there. No crying. Not accepting or even acknowledging the loss. Now i know what i feel, i understand what i feel, and what is left to do is try to accept that it is over and that i cant do anything about it. So, How? Hopefully i´ll have some more progress next time.

It doesn´t really matter the nature of the relationship what matters is how involved, or how important was the relationship for us. How much did we depend on it socially and emotionally.
