Starting in 1989, the Brisbane City outreach has expanded beyond street outreach to providing services at the Youth Detention Centre in Wacol as well as a BBQ outreach in Aspley. The fantastic Brisbane city volunteers make it possible to go out five times a week, and really make a significant impact in the lives of so many. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Recognising that there are high rates of poverty and homelessness in Northern Queensland, the Cairns branch was set up in 1992 to address this need.
