Monday, July 9, 2012. Our little Stella has started standing up against things. the first was against Robyn's ottoman - she even let go and stood completely on her own without holding onto anything for 5 seconds without even realising! See pics and vid below). In the kitchen a couple of weeks ago, I adapted a song from Moms and Babes " Wash your dirty face/hands/knees etc. To ' Wash the dirty dishes. When I looked over, Stella was rubbing her hands together in the actions for ' Wash your dirty hands.

Wednesday, May 9, 2012. What a busy month it has been! Stella has been a busy little girl! She is learning so much every day - she can wave back, clap, shake her head and have 'conversations' (a sound from her - copied by me - it's actually more a call and response game than a conversation at this point! She has also become more interested in toys and gets excited when she sees certain ones. Shakers still remain her favorite! On the 10th of April, Stella got a new Cousin: James! Dad and Stella at lunch).

Albeit not for long periods of time before a slow topple - left, right or backwards - but she is sitting on her own :). Thursday, August 9, 2012. Lots of photos this month as we've been busy! Stella is learning and growing so fast.and crawling all over the place at some speed! She loves being outdoors but she'd rather be crawling than be carried. Stella is now fully in the 'cruising' phase and is walking with anything she can find for support. Stella now says ' Bye Bye.
