My battle with small cell lung cancer. Friday, April 22, 2011. Next set of scans. I have to see the radiation doctor on Wednesday to see if they want to radiate my hip. I will let you know what I find out. There it is. I'm not sure what's going to happen now. I can only hope that this round of Chemo will work as well as the last. I'll keep you posted on how it goes. My battle with small cell lung cancer. Wednesday, January 12, 2011. Well, I haven’t posted anything since before the holidays and there’s been a lot going on. So here goes. I finished up a round of Chemo on the 9. Then I got a break until after Jan, 01. It was nice to not have to worry about it over Christmas. My brother Bruce was here for Christmas. It was really nice to spend some time with him. I had scans in Fayetteville on the 27. And got the results on Jan 3. This last round really kicked my ass.

My battle with small cell lung cancer. Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Well, the scans came back good. All of the cancer has responded to treatment. The spots have shrunk. No more chemo for the foreseeable future. But I will have to have scans every 3 months to keep an eye on it. I’m getting off the daily injection of blood thinner and going to a daily pill. Yea! My battle with small cell lung cancer. Tuesday, February 22, 2011. My last chemo for the foreseeable future is over! Maybe I can get some hair back! I finished up my chemo last Wednesday 2/16. On the 28. I have my next scans and I’ll then on March 3. I’ll find out how I’m doing. I’ll post again once I know the results of the scans. March 18, 2011 at 2:30 PM.
