Health and Medical Care. ROW Staff & Trustees. ROW staff Jon Haskell went to Ecuador in 2002. Jon met Sister Annie and was immediately enthralled by her ministry with leprosy patients. Sister Annie asked if ROW would build a transition home for patients who are recovering from leprosy. Someone who has been hospitalized for leprosy cannot simply go back home to the community. Thursday, October 30, 2008. DAY 2: Punta Gorda to Crique Sarco. I'm now in Punta Gorda. It took us about 5 hours. It was a great ride. I think Brainard and I laughed most of the way there.
