June 08, 2009. Ashlyn loved playing in the sand with her cousins, Paxton and Spencer. She played until it got to cold. She only ate the sand a couple of times! This is a picture of all the campers in our camp. We have family, friends, and friends of friends. There were about 30 camp trailers. It was a fun weekend. This is our new Kanvas tent. July 11, 2009. Ashlyn is a One Year Old! I can't believe it has already been a year since we brought Ashlyn home from the hospital. She is growing fast and very busy. She is still just crawling and into everything. I'm excited for when she can walk, but I know as soon as she does I will want her to just crawl again. Ashlyn's birthday cake. Monday, February 27, 2012. December is such a fun and super busy month. We did some great activities. We went to the Zoo lights this year with Nikki and Aiden and we loved it. I can see this a yearly event for the Powell's. The weather was a little on the cold side but we bundled everyone up and it was good times! Wacky Wednesdays this month were insane. We did Xmas crafts every week with the cousins and they all turned out great! We were also invited this year to go to a park and light huge lanterns.

Friday, November 25, 2011. Brought back so many good memories. So since we went to both parents this year I decided to start a fun new tradition this year. Fish and Bridge LOVED it. Thanksgiving Day breakfast with Turkey shaped pancakes. I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out BUT.they did! I was logged in as Whitney. She thinks youre an awesome mommy too. The Chronicles of Motherhood . Finding the beauty of gray. Most of the house we are keeping with a natural/nature color palette (frankly I don't want to have to repaint if we ever put the house on the market). But you have to have a little fun with the kids areas right (according to J, no. But when J is on travel, E get to do whatever she wants to :D. Jared is a drywall master, he did a great job! Original - baby blue toilet seat included. A little paint and its wall ready. And that is the main floor :).
