At the 98 conference, recommendation were made of what needed to be done after a diagnosis of RTS is given in covering the medical issues that some of the children have. The following areas were covered:. Undescended testicles in the males – orchipexy should be done as soon as possible. Kidney and bladder tests should be done to check for reflux or any defects. This tree follows our forebears from their origins in Mittau, Courland, Russia from 1686 ,through two sons, Samuel and Bernard who came to Britain in about1832 to escape conscription into the Tzars Jewish regiments. After time spent in Glasgow and Dublin, they settled in London in the area of Notting Hill and several generations of Rubinsteins practised successfully as lawyers. The convention in genealogy is not to include people who are still living and so I am following that convention.
