November 14, 2011 at 4:33 PM. As usual, I’m the laziest blogger in town. Apart from fighting sleepiness, managing a growing baby, preparing his birthday party (yes he’s turning 1! And racking my brains for the exams, blogging is the last thing on my mind. Anyway, whatever. Everyone’s busy. Ary-Kyann’s starting to walk unaided (video in the making), he’s more and more expressive and I’ve even stopped signing because he’s really communicative! What an oddity this boy. November 28, 2011 at 10:43 PM. Audaciously dubbed as the “Venice of Asia”, we visited the much-talked about Punggol Waterway. As we drove through the Punggol estate, I got thoroughly disgusted (NOT impressed) by the sheer volume of flats that have mushroomed all over the once tranquil town. The town should be renamed to “Town of Newly Weds”. Another park that we absolutely love is Bishan Park. If only we could live right next to the park! The boys who love water🙂. Now a toddler (cue fat mommy tears). November 21, 2011 at 7:41 PM. Always right on time, Ary-Kyann finally walks unaided. We just ended our week long birthday celebrations for him (will blog about that SOON), and he has made that milestone transition to toddlerhood. Also known as HELL for most parents, ages 1 -4 is a challenging period because babies learn quickly that their opinions matter (or so they think). More about that later.
