Angieluv.a.jog :. Purest of tots, attitudes and self-talk. Saturday, September 29, 2007. Went for a short trip to sydney and chanced upon the blackmore running festival/ sydney marathon. I was totally elated! Its a pity i din bring my running shoes! I sat on the bridge and observed them, enjoying the fantastic weather (abt 18-20 degrees celcius). how lucky can i be? Toto also not so 'zoon'! Uploaded a short video. have to tilt ur head to watch. apologies :). Aiyah, i miss sydney leh.

With super-host sotong and the hardworkin moderators. the event was quite a blast. enjoyed the puzzle quiz the most, had fun crackin up the codes. too bad i din get any prizes. hahs. Another year older n wiser! Thanks to kickjazz, roentgen, taz, teelee and sassy for celebratin wif me. thanks for the gifts too. so touched! Heee i was so excited to meet them that i arrived an hour earlier!

Monday, June 28, 2010. Has it been this long? Is it just me or is 2010 just passing by at lightning speed? We are 2 days into July and I realised I haven't been blogging for like over 6 months. Not that I have much to blog really, since I've hung up my running shoes. No, it wasn't really a deliberate attempt, just that I somehow lost the motivation to run. And to think I even spin after the run? I am not sure, but at least I learn something in the course. So I'm satisfied. But its time to plan. Congrats ...

Thursday, October 22, 2009. Did 15 mins as warm-up before my spin this mrn. Experimented with slight incline just to have a feel of it. During lunch time, I decided to try another treadmill run. I kept the speed constant for most part of the run, but staggered the incline. Only managed to go up to 4% max. That's like pathetic isn't it? Only managed 40 mins, about 7km. Monday, January 01, 2007. My New Year's Resolutions. 2006 has passed and a brand new year just arrived. It is time to. I have made a number of new year resolutions in the past but failed to keep them. This year I feel I should take the opportunity of blogging to set out a few goals and see whether I can achieve in the coming year. When I look at this blog in 2008, I will know the answer. 1 Reduce my high body FAT % and strengthen my core and back. 2 Wake up early and exercise more. 4 A sub 1 for 10km.

Monday, October 30, 2006. Highlights and Low Points For Year 2006. What have been the highlight(s) and low point(s) of this year? And I were talking about this topic during the LSD run. We shared one of the same highlight this year that is getting to know SGrunners and meet lots of wonderful people. We started to talk about how and when we meet some of the SGrunners.
