Raising awareness of newborn SVT and the cooling treatment. February 4th. Second run. Well I did day 25 of the shred then went for a run. It was bloody cold and windy! Makes every thing spooky. I wanted to beat my first day. I some how didn’t hear my personal trainer (c25k app voice) say I was half way and ened up going further! Raising awareness of newborn SVT and the cooling treatment. Not much to say. Been to phials parents house for the weekend. Had a lovely time but its always good to get back to your own bed 🙂. Had a break from the diet but still did a work out. Having trouble finding a suitable sports bra as I’m rather big busted. Hoping to buy one tomo. Running is something I have always found interest in, but it definitely does not come easy for me.
