It was entirely my fault, as I made several bad choices leading up to it. The crust is store bought. We chopped Tomatoes, onions, green bell pepper and mushrooms. We made our own pizza sauce using tomato paste, oregano, basil, rosemary, garlic, dash of salt and pepper.
