May 22, 2016. May 22, 2016. Today was my run of the week, and after last weekend running for around 29 minutes, I felt confident about running for 30 minutes. I choose a new longer route to try and get closer to the 5k mark. After about 5 minutes I started to feel hungry – as if I didn’t have any breakfast. I managed to run for the 30 minutes, and if I wasn’t feeling so hungry I probably could have run for longer. In total I covered around 4k, and was out for around 35 minutes. May 10, 2016.
