LiveFit Trainer Week 2 Review →. October 23, 2013. Week 2 is moving right along, and the cool, fall weather has had me in the mood for baking. Thankfully, Jamie Eason has us covered! There are some great recipes on the website. So far I’ve made the carrot protein bars (and my own variation: banana cinnamon bar), the chocolate protein bars, the pumpkin protein bars, and the cinnamon swirl bread. I’ve enjoyed each of these because they’re delicious and easy to carry with you. This website is a great tool!
