Not because it is perfect, far from it, but because with every mile it is proving to me that I am capable of more than I ever thought possible. Look at that girl. I’d be lying if I said that wasn’t me or I wasn’t utterly embarrassed to show you this. I’d also be lying if I said that I didn’t let my 6am and 3pm practices kick my ass every day.

Travel, Running and a Little Bit of Style. Drinking Problems (Or I hate Water). Oh boy…Water is SO BORING to drink all day. I heard on the radio that we’re supposed to drink a lot of water everyday. Here is the formula to figure out how much you need: Take your weight in pounds, divide by 2 and drink that many ounces of water EVERY SINGLE DAY! This water is 16.9 oz. According to the formula, I’d need over 4 of these a day! I could drink one or more every single day! Coconut water with pineapple juice.
