Sunday, 10 October 2010. Taking it Easy (well sort of.). 7:05 AM: 37:30 (5mi) - Ran really easy around campus with Cosby, Geiger and Craig. Just did long campus loops and kept the run on the grass to help my Achilles. No problems and ran without tape for the first time. 15:18 PM: 83:02 (12mi) - Easy run with team in the forest as my class was cancelled. Thursday, 29 March 2012. Out on my own at a North Mids XC. The winter months are finally over and to be honest I can't wait to get onto the track and sort out some of my PBs from a couple of years ago. The winter went pretty well and I managed to win the counties, every north mids xc and get in and around the top 20 at both the national xc and the intercounties (Yes Bowser, the score is still 3-0 in 2012!
