Saturday, April 30, 2011. Easter sprung a little late this year, luckily the weather remained spring like (which is uncommon this late in April). We've done pinks, blues and oranges in the past, this year I decided on yellow. It wouldn't be Easter without heading over to Grandma and Grandpa Clouse's for a feast along with all of the cousins. The little ones sought after plastic eggs that were spread throughout the yard, while the "bigger" kids had fun horse playing. Just a few of my beautiful neices.

Monday, September 27, 2010. Joy In The Journey. Chanel, Me, and Allison. Thursday, October 20, 2011. A week ago we three hopped into the car for a last minute getaway in Pinetop. Not only to get out of the heat, but to celebrate our dear Tishia's birthday. I know when your older slumber parties don't actually exist. Us old folk enjoy our "own" bed too much. However, once in a while the rules bend. We drove through beautiful Superior and Globe, Arizona. Tuesday, January 11, 2011. Ahh, yes it's refreshing to start with a clean slate for the New Year. It entails writing out new goals, or a list of what you "wish" to accomplish (if you will). Friday, June 18, 2010. Sarah’s 5 week post-op appt. (6/10/10). Today she wanted to bring 2 dolls to the office visit. It was late in the afternoon and ended up being our shortest appt. yet at 1 and 1/2 hours! I guess the geriatric patients don’t like to come in the afternoon? I booked her next appt. in the pm to see if we could get lucky again. Look at that red eye! They usually dilate both eyes but just did her right one today. Look how huge it is! Friday, June 4, 2010. Not such a good appointment.

Wednesday, December 01, 2010. I Am Thankful For. The opportunity I had to run the turkey trot with Jared and my mom. After running a full marathon, half and now a 10k I am definitely thankful for a break this month! For a daughter who can play the piano so beautifully. I love to hear Christmas music flowing through the house. Boys who will go outside for HOURS at a time despite the constant fighting that goes on. If you aren't winning or the "king" you are pouting. This feast, need I say more?

Sunday, October 31, 2010. The perk of being a doctor is having access to several things we needed in order to make our costume work. 2 IV bag (donated by one of the sweet nurses). Doug doesn't claim he is crafty, but truthfully I beg to differ. It was his idea to get an IV bag and inject it with glow sticks. I have to say, the effects were pretty cool. Several of the little kids were a tad frightened, especially with his nasty teeth! Sadly, we already have an idea and it's gonna be good! Next to spring, ...
