Random thoughts from outta my mind…which is usually where I am. Laquo; Spring Break in New York City….part 3 aka ‘Princess and The Lady’. Twenty years ago this month – which happens to be Adoption Month – my husband and I were finally on the same page at the same time in the same frame of mind and submitted an application to begin an international adoption.
