Stairs are a little scary, I imagine I will be nervous on those for a while. I don't want to lose what I have gained in the upper body, so I am working out some now. Since I find myself at a loss for what to post, I am going to try something new. I have several family recipes that some of you may or may not remember. These are the good ones from Mom and Dad, not my pathetic attempts at preparing meals you may remember with horror. Every week I will try to post one more and maybe a thought or two to go with it.
