Monday, September 29, 2008. Here is my training plan. If you could read it, you would see that I ran 3 miles in 33minutes this morning and 4 miles on Saturday. I have a 5 mile run scheduled for later this week. My goal it to run it in less than an hour. This training gives me something else to concentrate on beside the sliding stock market, failure or our finanical institutions and political machine. Thursday, September 25, 2008.
