Each home site has water, electricity, septic drain fields, telephone and cable already in place. All home site owners have beach access. There is a walking path to the beach that crosses two walking bridges and passes by over 30 different plant species, making the walk to the beach a pleasantly “experiential.” (See April 2006 News and Events. For landscaping plan details.). The Pickle Ball court near the center of the property is available to all home site owners.
