Astronomy on the Costa Tropical. Venus and Moon at sunset. Partial eclipse 03 October 2005. Our villa faces due south. This an ideal location to view the planets and many nebulae. Even with a 10 X 50 pair of binoculars it is possible to have a satisfying evening skywatching. Ideally the binoculars should be mounted on a camera tripod for ease of use and to keep the image steady. Dedicated to Astronomy. There are a number of excellent photographs taken by them in Spain.
