Green Eggs, No Ham. Wednesday, June 25, 2014. 1 TBS olive oil. 6 small portobello mushrooms. 1/3 cup walnut pieces, finely chopped. 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed. 2 TBS white wine. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4-1/3 cup panko, or other dry breadcrumbs. About 1/2 cup water.
